About the role

The IT / SW Manager position is responsible for establishing and improving IT management policies, procedures, processes, training, inspections, and records based on the Group's IT system and information security management plan. This role manages enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, data center operations, and IT assets across the organization, reporting to the COO / CIO (HQ) and leading a team of 2 SW Engineers and 2 IT Engineers.

Key responsibilities

Establish and improve IT management policies, procedures, processes, training, inspections, and records based on the Group's IT system and information security management plan

• Manage and control the annual IT budget, including IT hardware and software assets, operation services, technical support, outsourcing services, IT projects, and leasing expenses

• Manage installation, maintenance, and management of internal office systems and industrial IT systems; manage enterprise data backup systems, disaster recovery, and testing plans to ensure system security

• Manage IT assets such as servers, switches, routers, IoT devices, user computers, CCTV, and access control systems; monitor and maintain network platforms to ensure data and network security

• Manage network and system security, including identity and access management, MLPS 2.0 certification, data encryption/decryption, VLAN ACL, internal IT security audits, SD-WAN/VPN, and centralized policy control

• Manage installation, maintenance, and operation of operating systems (Windows/Linux), Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, email clients, networks, monitoring systems, access control systems, and IT infrastructure rooms

• Manage company network and data center operations, including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of servers, network devices, and security equipment

• Manage end-user devices such as computers, workstations, printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, projectors, and CCTV systems, including full lifecycle management

• Maintain data center operations; regularly monitor system performance, status, and security; propose and implement server upgrades and improvements

• Develop, maintain, and audit compliance with network security, data security, and confidentiality policies

About you

• Degree in Computer Science, Network Security, or related field

• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise network management, data center management, IT security, or system maintenance

• Strong skills in managing servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and security systems with troubleshooting ability

• Experience in container/cloud-native or hyper-converged systems is preferred

• Experience with infrastructure for new building

• Experience with SAP, 365 Dynamic

• Ability to support office equipment and implement proactive monitoring systems is preferred

• Strong learning ability, communication, teamwork, execution, and strategic thinking skills

• Good English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Manufacturing experience preferred
