Job Responsibilities:
The role involves providing technical consultation on products to customers and designing appropriate equipment solutions.
Key duties
include preparing technical documentation, supporting sales teams during client engagements, coordinating with manufacturers to resolve technical issues, and delivering ongoing customer technical support.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline is required. Technical Skills: Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and English reading/writing capabilities. Experience with technical support, application engineering, or automation roles receives special consideration. Background in pneumatics, PLC systems, sensors, or industrial machinery is advantageous. Preferred Competencies: AutoCAD or SolidWorks expertise is valued. The company welcomes recent graduates with strong academic foundations, particularly those possessing good communication and problem-solving skills.
