Facebook Performance Marketing Expert is a challenging role that provides an opportunity for you to lead assigned brands within the group, ensuring the business unit success with necessary marketing tools. Strategic thinking, marketing communication plan, multi-tasking and team work skills are required. You will report to the group's head of marketing.

• Facebook Performance Marketing Expert will set-up campaigns, create thumb-stopping captions, monitor day-to-day analytics and optimize campaigns results. You should be proficient in placing conversion pixels, A/B testings of ad creatives, working with custom & lookalike audiences, segmenting campaigns by age, gender, device, interest, developing Facebook-commerce funnels and setting suitable campaigns objectives that best achieve targeted KPIs such as lowering cost per clicks, cost per messages, cost per leads, cost per order, increasing ROAS and etcs.
• You should have at least 2 years experience running conversion-based Facebook ads campaigns, have an expert-level understanding of how to measure Facebook ads' performance and be able to optimize data and analytics to improve ad reach and customer targeting.
