• Coordinate and manage import shipments from overseas suppliers through to warehouse delivery; resolve shipment-related issues independently

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless import operations

• Review and support import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping documents)

• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve logistics and customs clearance issues; provide regular stakeholder updates

• Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate root cause analysis and claim resolution across logistics partners

• Coordinate customs clearance activities to ensure full compliance with import regulations and company requirements

• Verify import-related costs and support invoice reconciliation processes

• Maintain accurate import records and documentation systems

• Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Your Profile You contribute

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

• Up to 3 years of import operations or supply chain experience

• Strong English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)

• Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping

• Solid understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms)

• Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes

• Proficiency in logistics/ERP systems and MS Office

• Familiarity with Thai customs regulations and procedures
