About the Organization:

We are a premier JCI-accredited orthopedic specialized hospital, providing world-class tertiary medical care across Southeast Asia. As part of our commercial expansion, we are establishing a specialized digital marketing division focused on driving regional acquisition across core orthopedic service lines—including Spine, Joint, Sports Medicine and Shoulder, Hands, Foot and Ankle, Limb Lengthening & Deformity, Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Pain management.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing Department to lead our digital growth engine. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will bridge Product Marketing and Digital Performance, translating complex clinical treatments into multi-funnel digital journeys (TOF, MOF, BOF). You will expand our presence across missing channels—including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Expat forums—and lead acquisition efforts targeting domestic Thai patients, resident Expats, and fly-in travelers from across the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute multi-channel digital acquisition strategies targeting Thailand, resident Expat groups, Myanmar, Bangladesh and rest of the world patient.

• Partner with Product Marketing to build TOF, MOF, and NOF content funnels across our orthopedic subspecialties.

• Launch and scale official hospital channels on LinkedIn, Instagram, Expat Facebook communities, and regional networks4.

• Exercise daily operational management over the Performance Marketing, controlling daily ad spend pacing, negative keywords, SEM bids, and technical SEO health.

• Optimize landing page conversion funnels to drive New Hospital Number (HN) generation and lower overall CPA.

• Ensure all ad creatives and copy comply fully with law & regulations and PDPA standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or Healthcare Management.

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role within healthcare, hospital management, or medical travel organizations.

• Demonstrated success running cross-border digital campaigns in Southeast Asia or South Asia (Expats, Myanmar, Bangladesh will be plus).

• Deep technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, AEO, and marketing analytics.

• Expert knowledge of Thai medical advertising law and data privacy regulations (PDPA).

• Exceptional leadership skills with native/fluent English and Thai communication capabilities.
