Kaizen Clicks has an opening for a Front End Web Developer & Graphic Designer to work out of our Bangkok, Thonglor Office. In this role you’ll be working alongside our creative team to design and build out eCommerce stores, develop brand identity and help optimize existing funnels for conversion.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce ecommerce web projects requiring high-level web design experience, with a focus on conversions.
• Visual design and brand identity
• Optimize existing funnel flows to increase conversion rates
• Work closely with the creative team to solidify design direction and effectively translate ecommerce/business goals and requirements into compelling visual solutions

Required Skills

• Formal design/web education plus 2+ years professional web design and ecommerce experience
• Strong layout and production skills
• Advanced knowledge of CSS/HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding of web design principles (web standards, markup, SEO, JavaScript, etc.)
• Basic level understanding of JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX
• Critical thinker with high attention to detail.
• Custom-created websites for portfolio review preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience developing for Shopify 
• Familiarity with online analytics and the analysis of data
• Experience testing for creative optimization (A/B or multivariate)
