Overall Job Function:

Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the installation, implementation and operation of new stores across to country. Selects and monitors building contractors and all sub-contractors to ensure quality and compliance to blueprints. Ensure compliance as per all H&M standard.

Project Management/Coordination:

• Manages the construction process in order to ensure compliance to H&M standards.
• Participates in determining and provides co-ordination for all landlords, constructions, contractors and suppliers.
• Manages schedule and execution of various suppliers.
• Maintain and provides input for project schedule and budget.
• Participates in onsite construction meeting and site supervision.
• Liaises with the regional management team on planning and operational issues.
• Liaises with Merchandisers and Visual Department to ensure that design and layout conform to brand requirement.
• Liaises with Loss Prevention/Security departments to ensure compliance with security standard.
• Liaises with Information Technology department to ensure compliance with technical standard.

Documentation/Drawings and Specifications:

• Coordinates the working drawings and specifications from preliminary design to final completion in compliance with H&M standard.
• Submission of all documents, drawings to landlords.
• Ensure that all documentation and as-build drawings as collected and filed.
• Hand-over all information needed for maintaining the project to facility management.

Administration:

• Ensures that all needed insurances are in place to cover all construction risks and also comply with the mall’s requirement.
• Track NCGs order.
• Source and Purchase of all requirements locally.
• Prepare all documents with related costs for landlords, construction, suppliers.
• Ensure and oversees contract administration of projects. Monitors against variances.
• Follows and document all variances and change orders during the project.
• Ensures invoices are consistent with commitments made under contracts.
• Ensures compliance with H&M standards, building codes and regulations and Occupational Health and Safety codes.
• Compile cost for each project.

Qualification

• Working experience of construction field and project management more than 10 years
• Good command of spoken & written in English
• Able to travel to every store in Thailand and aboard
