• Managing the implementation of the sales training programs to ensure compatibility with marketing direction, Sales Team, and HPCs.

• Creating the appropriate training content for the commercial organization and ensures effectiveness of the content under the dynamic market situations.

• Providing input to Marketing and Sales regarding field communications

• Supporting Information for Team, HPCs, and Patient Safety

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales or Marketing

• Have an Accountability, Strategic thinking, Decision making and Result-oriented.

• Be proactive, Collaborative working with Positive attitude.

• Excellent Selling Skills and Communication Skills.
