About the role

Perform commissioning, acceptance testing, preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and technical support for FTTx equipment, including OLTs, ONUs, and other related network devices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure stable network operations and high service quality.

Key responsibilities

Perform commissioning, acceptance testing, preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and technical support for FTTx equipment, including OLTs, ONUs, and other related network devices

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure stable network operations and high service quality

• Work closely with international engineering teams and equipment vendors to support project implementation and resolve technical issues

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and other required reports

• Perform other

duties and responsibilities

as assigned by the company

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in FTTx equipment commissioning, maintenance, network operations, or technical support

• Strong knowledge of FTTx networks, including OLTs, ONUs, and related telecommunications equipment

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team

• Good command of spoken and written English
