SENIOR ARCHITECT (Data Centre)

Responsibilities:

Enthusiastically lead and deliver data center projects globally, from architectural planning and design through to construction and handover.

Lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Apply expertise in architectural and construction details to perform design development.

Ensure design quality and compliance with all relevant codes.

Liaise and coordinate with authorities, clients, and the consultant team for all project(s).

Oversee on-site work progress and resolve any arising issues.

Guide the project team in preparing deliverables based on project needs.

Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Proactively push boundaries by integrating emerging technologies and trends, including cloud computing, automation, and sustainability, into data center architectural and planning design.

Requirements:

Relevant architectural qualifications and experience.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of architectural experience with a focus on data center projects. Intermediate, self-driven and motivated candidates can also be considered.

Demonstrated understanding of modern data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, network and security systems.

Experience in consultant selection and management to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Desired software proficiencies: Applicants are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with design and graphics software, specifically Revit, Rhino, Illustrator and Photoshop, among others.

Able to adopt and adapt to diverse project requirements and work environments.
