Job Description:

• As Wafer Test Process Engineer you will be responsible to Develop/Transfer for Wafer Test process 2) Drive relevant Wafer Test Process Engineering KPIs for yield and quality indices to contribute to performance 3) Responsible to setup effective indicator, data reporting, monitoring and driving improvement in the area of responsibility 4) Accountable for 8D closure of deviation management system including customer feedback 5) Provide engineering support to manufacturing to execute timely disposition, methodical problem solving & risk management methods 6) Owner of technical documentation e.g. Process control PFMEA, SOP and to ensure accuracy of information, as well as perform periodic review and update 7) Perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyze & understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify and re-validate Candidate Qualification: 1) Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related 2) 2-5 years experience as Product/Process/Equipment Engineering in Electronic, Semiconductor sector 3) Experience for wafer test process transfer, qualification and implementation 4) Experience for wafer test incoming and sustain wafer test quality 5) Able to work in local and international teams 6) Good at written and oral English For interested candidate, please submit your updated CV to my email below; [email protected] All applications would be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
