Job Description:

The Quality & HSE Supervisor ensures the consistent application of our quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. This pivotal role oversees the development and enforcement of robust quality management systems, HSE compliance, and ensures adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations. The Supervisor analyzes business processes, identifies efficiencies, and ensures the companys quality & HSE goals align with customer requirements and Thai laws. You will lead a team, providing direction in staff development, scheduling, and performance reviews. The role also involves extensive collaboration across departments, report preparation, and ensuring equipment meets calibration standards. As part of your HSE duties, you will also conduct risk assessments, monitor adherence to HSE standards, and keep the company updated on legislative changes as per Thai Laws. Qualification: Sattahip, Thailand Bachelor's degree in Related Field 7+ years in Oil & Gas, 4+ years in management or leadership Native English speaker or TOEIC 700+
