Conducting site surveys and feasibility studies to assess solar PV system viability. Preparing detailed solar PV system designs, including layouts, electrical schematics, and component specifications. Performing shading analysis, energy production estimates, and financial modelling for proposed projects. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Supporting the procurement team in selecting and sourcing the necessary solar PV components. Participating in project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Providing technical support and guidance to installation and maintenance teams. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in solar PV technology and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in solar PV system design and engineering. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, HelioScope, or equivalent. Strong understanding of solar PV technology, components, and system integration. Familiarity with relevant local regulations and codes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
