Responsibilities :

Research & report in-depth industry roadmap and client's operation financial model business, and client's issue (Pain point) Perform detailed financial modeling, including valuation, cash flow analysis, and financial statement analysis. Provide expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation Analyze, Propose, and Develop total fundraising solution (debt, hybrid, REIT's, Syndication, Structure Finance) to support financial decision - Product development Create case strategies, pitch books, and/or presentations to win the mandate and successfully deliver such solutions regarding client's demands/pain points Build and develop relationships with/between clients and stakeholders Provide strategic financial plans and advices to clients Provide Assistance in executing complex financial transaction including mergers & acquisitions, leverage buyouts, and initial public offerings Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful completion of transactions Keep updated with market trends, industrial development, and regulatory changes/amendment Build, maintain, and develop a strong network with parties in the financial industry Locate and identify new business opportunities and potentials to develop them

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Proven experience 5+ years in investment banking Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation skills and strong client relationship management abilities. Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and due diligence skills Knowledgeable in investment banking and finance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or relevant Master's degree is a plus
