Key Responsibilities

• Conduct optimization and rationalization project studies and implementation using the 6 steps of the post methodology.
• Analyze and provide improvement recommendations for warehouse operations and capacity.
• Provide reports, update, and follow up on projects' progress, timeline, budget, and completion.
• Design and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and shipping
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of warehouse process and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations.
• Implement safety protocols and train warehouse staff on proper handling of goods and equipment.
• Necessary duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields, such as Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, or Logistic Engineer.
• Experience 1-3 years in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering. Experience with ISO standards is a big plus.
• New graduates are also welcome.
• Exhibit good communication skill, interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn
• High curiosity and looking for improvement
• Exhibit good analytical and project management skills
• Able to work at our warehouse located in Chaengwattana 38
• Able to work on Saturday 2 times per month
• We are not able to provide a work visa for this position.
