The Senior Manager – Core Partnership (KA, NTL) is responsible for leading and strengthening strategic partnerships with key accounts and network/territory leaders to drive business growth, retention, and long-term value creation. This role oversees partnership planning, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure aligned execution against commercial objectives. The incumbent is expected to identify growth opportunities, resolve partnership issues proactively, and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to influence outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment. Lead strategic partnership planning and execution for key accounts and network/territory leaders. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and retention. Identify partnership opportunities, address issues proactively, and drive resolution to ensure smooth execution. Monitor partnership performance, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives, priorities, and delivery plans. Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and joint business planning as required. Ensure partnership activities are aligned with company strategy, policies, and governance standards. Prepare reports, updates, and insights for management review and decision-making.
