Content Operation Specialist-Thailand
ที่Beijing Bytedance Technology Co., Ltd. (TikTok)- Deep understanding of content market in Thailand, familiar with most recent trending videos consumed by 20-35 year-old audience;
- Choose qualified videos and promote on social media platforms and be responsible for in-app content;
- Draft operation plan in both of local language & English;
- Monitoring local content ecosystem, collaborate with data team to improve the diversity of in-app content, Work closely with users to collect feedback to the product and contribute to the development of the overall product roadmap;
- Research new market trends as well as user insights to develop content strategy for Thai market.
- Thai Native Speaker, Good command in English, can complete operation plan with creative ideas independently;
- Over 2 years experience in Content, Journalism, Media, Communications, Marketing, or PR related role required;
- BS/MS degree in Journalism, Media, Communications, Marketing, English, or PR preferred;
- Passionate about building community product, and familiar with popular social/community content apps in Thailand
- Fast-Paced learning, highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter.
