About the role

We are looking for a Settlement Accountant to support treasury operations, cash management, and settlement activities across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth payment and collection processes, maintaining banking relationships, optimizing settlement operations, and supporting foreign exchange risk management. 🎯 What you'll be doing

• Manage daily payment and collection activities to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Prepare settlement records, maintain transaction documentation, and support monthly bank reconciliation processes.
• Monitor and manage company bank accounts, including account maintenance and annual account confirmations.
• Analyze and optimize bank account structures, interest rates, and transaction fees to improve financial efficiency.
• Collect funding requirements from business units and support fund allocation planning.
• Coordinate cash flow activities and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of settlement processes and treasury workflows.
• Gather, evaluate, and implement settlement-related business requirements and system enhancements.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support foreign exchange risk management activities.
• Track changes in foreign exchange regulations and assess potential business impacts.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders on treasury-related matters.
• Prepare treasury and settlement reports for management review.
• Support finance projects and other treasury-related assignments as required. ✅ What you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Cash Management, Settlement Operations, or related functions.
• Good understanding of banking operations, payment processes, and financial regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and treasury operations.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
