Deputy Group Media Business Director

We are looking for a new media sales professional who will be responsible for managing a team selling advertising and sponsorships onto our print, video and digital network to regional and local advertisers and their advertising and media agencies.

Reporting to the Group Media Business Director, we expect you to have some relevant experience in the media business at management level and equally important a desire to learn and succeed in this exciting new media world.

Responsibilities

To lead and help manage a small team of media professionals and:

• Generate excellent sales results, consistently through new business acquisition and account management
• The ability to create and deliver exciting campaign recommendations to advertisers
• Meet & exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as well as assuming campaign ownership
• Prospect, develop and build new and existing profitable client relationships
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market and be able to recognize business opportunities in the new media world
• Lead and assist junior staff in the team on lead  generation, presentation skills, and all aspects of client service.

Qualifications

• Preferably Thai nationality
• Confident and outgoing personality
• 3+ years’ experience working in Media advertising sales. Digital and Video ad sales experience is a plus
• Be able to communicate well in English
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus
• Target oriented
