Position Title: TikTok Live Coordinator

Position Overview:

This role manages and coordinates live shopping operations on TikTok, handling all phases from preparation through post-broadcast activities to ensure smooth execution and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with influencers/creators for broadcasts
• Manage internal team communications during live sessions
• Plan promotional events and pricing structure
• Oversee bundles, vouchers, and discount structures aligned with sales goals
• Verify product accuracy, pricing, and promotions before each session
• Monitor inventory before and after broadcasts
• Provide real-time support during live sessions for issue resolution

Required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience with TikTok Shop, live commerce, or e-commerce platforms
• Strong coordination and multitasking capabilities
• Flexibility to work according to broadcast schedules
• Attention to detail and composure under pressure
