Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly tax, PND. 1,3,53, P.P. 30,36, and social security documents.
- Prepare sales tax invoices and receipts.
- Prepare cash flow report and internal financial report.
- Understand the accounting system and is able to record various account journals
- Able to use accounting programs
- Prepare analytical reports for presentation to executives
- Handle import and prepare import documents
- Responsible for warehouse management
- Responsible for human resources
- Other general affairs tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Experience: At least 3 years of related working experience (training provided).
- ***Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese (need to b ble to communicate with foreigner).***
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook
- Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
- Driving license: Yes.
