Head of Asset Development

- Manage and provide leadership direction to the team of Asset Development to ensure the and alignment of business goals and achievement of agreed target.
- Manage and monitor the schedule of Asset Development for all new projects which include asset renovation and asset enhancement projects.
- Work in close collaboration with all parties concerned (both at head-quarter and property) to ensure the completion of the projects at agreed standard, budget, and timeline.
- Pre-Construction phase
- Study and coordinate with strategy team to understand the requirements of target client for the new project.
- Together with Asset Management Team, to study and propose for development possibility to enhance the benefits of existing property, and plan for renovation work.
- Estimate construction cost and timeline of the project with consultation from Project development team.
- Construction phase
- Coordinate with Project Development and contractor teams to ensure the project progress is as per the agreed timeline, and control development cost.
- Before approving the tenant shop design, to provide guidance/consultation to property management team, including the tenants, to ensure the tenant shop design concept follow AWC project concept (ambience, mood and tone).
- Coordinate with tenant and leasing team about tenantâs requirement and coordinate with Project Development team for variation of work.
- Post-Construction phase
- Recheck the completion of the project is as per the agreed design concept.
- Summarize & provide project-completion report to all parties concerned.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree in Engineering, Real Estate or Architecture or Property related disciplines
- Good understanding of the property market and asset valuation
- Knowledge in Finance and Accounting to manage and control budget
- Experience in project management with good planning background
- Collaborative skills to engage with other teams, both internal and external
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate team of specialists
- Good English Communication, and computer literacy
- Able to travel upcountry
