This role is responsible for managing all corporate tax accounting matters, including transfer pricing compliance, tax submissions, tax planning, and advisory support. The position ensures full compliance with Thai tax regulations while optimizing tax efficiency and strengthening internal tax capabilities through guidance and training.

What You'll Do

• Transfer Pricing (TP)

• Coordinate Transfer Pricing compliance activities, including Local File preparation, monitor and validate TP data consistency, and alignment with arm's length principle in compliance with Thai Revenue Department requirements

• Support TP audits and manage documentation documentation flow to ensure smooth audit process Serve as primary liaison between local and regional/global teams on TP policies and implementation

• Monitor alignment of intercompany transactions with group TP framework

• Corporate Tax Submission & Compliance

• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely submission of all corporate tax filings, including but not limited to Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, and payroll-related tax matters.

• Review tax computations and ensure full compliance with Thai tax laws and regulations

• Liaise with Revenue Department on tax filings, inquiries, and assessments

• Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks; maintain strong documentation and audit readiness

• Tax Planning & Strategy

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency

• Identify tax risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management

• Support business structuring and new initiatives with tax-efficient solutions

• Perform periodic tax analysis and forecasting to support management decision-making

• Tax Advisory & Training

• Provide timely tax advisory support to internal stakeholders (Finance, Business Units, HR) to ensure compliance and tax efficiency

• Analyze tax implications of business transactions, contracts, and new initiatives

• Deliver tax training sessions to enhance tax awareness and compliance across finance and related teams (e.g., quarterly updates)

• Develop and maintain tax policies and guidelines to ensure consistent application of tax rules and strengthen internal controls

• Process Improvement & Compliance Enhancement

• Enhance tax processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness

• Enhance tax documentation and data controls for improved accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with Accounting teams (GL, AR, AP) to ensure end-to-end tax data accuracy and compliance

• Implement best practices and automation where applicable across tax operations

Who You Are

Education & Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field

• Professional certification TA (Tax Auditor), or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting, corporate tax, or related fields

• Solid experience in Transfer Pricing (TP), corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax

• Experience in multinational companies or working with regional/global teams is highly preferred

• Prior experience in handling tax audits and dealing with the Thai Revenue Department

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and regulations, including Revenue Code and related rulings

• Hands-on experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax planning

• Familiarity with TP documentation requirements (Local File, Master File) and OECD guidelines

• Good understanding of accounting standards (e.g., TFRS / IFRS) and their tax implications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

• Strong leadership skills (for Manager level), including ability to coach and guide team members

• High level of integrity and professional ethics

Language

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)

• Thai native or fluent proficiency required
