Responsibilities:

• Own, manage, and perform new model development and production ramp-up activities, including rapid prototyping, sample builds, and production trials; ensure readiness of processes, machine, tooling, and equipment

• Design and industrialize new processes, machines, and equipment upgrade for heat pump production including assembly, copper brazing, leakage testing, refrigerant charging, in-process testing, and packaging completion

• Design and develop parts, jigs, fixtures, tooling, and material‑handling solutions (e.g., carts, trolleys, racks, positioning, alignment, clamping tools, lifting devices, crane hoist) to improve ergonomics, precision, productivity, and operator safety

• Define and validate process parameters, technical documentation, engineering drawings, work instructions (WI), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure stable, repeatable, and scalable production

• Provide hand-on engineering support to production and maintenance teams through troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine and equipment issues

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Tool and Machine Design, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product/process development, production line setup, equipment development, and jig/fixture design - preferably in heat pump, air conditioner, refrigeration, or water‑heating industries

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing process and technology, including electro-mechanical assembly, flame brazing, helium leakage test, vacuuming pump system, and technical gases.

• Strong hands-on machine shop skills (cutting, milling, grinding, drilling, fitting, and welding) to support tooling, jig/fixture, equipment and prototype development

• Familiar with LEAN manufacturing principles such as Lean layout/ cell design, One Piece Flow, SMED, ECRS, Poka-Yoke, and Karakuri kaizen

• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks, with hands-on experience assembly design and analysis.

• Creative and improvement‑driven mindset, with a passion for inventing and developing technical solutions

• Self-motivated, proactive, self‑driven learner, and a strong team player.

• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Experience in heat pump or air conditioner/refrigerator manufacturing will be an advantage
