About the Role

The Demand & Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional planning processes to support sustainable business growth. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer demand is fulfilled effectively while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand and supply planning strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, and product availability.

• Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and business data to identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to ensure supply plans meet customer and business requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, system utilization, and operational

• Monitor key planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels, and supply reliability.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support business decision-making through data-driven insights.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to build organizational capability and succession readiness.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in forecasting, inventory management, S&OP, and demand planning processes.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and planning/ERP systems.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Experience in building products, steel, manufacturing, or related industries would be an advantage.
