Report directly to the Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

•Understand and perform all transactions related to operating expense

•Ensure the correctness of supplier ledger and general ledger

•Disburse petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation

•Process the payment on timely basis

•Prepare & monitor the reconciliation

•Maintain and monitor expense recording correctly

•Perform GL Journal entry to Navision system

•Coordinate with related person to get the certainly information

•Arrange the weekly spending report and other report if required

•Handle withholding tax certificate(PND3,53) and monthly VAT Report (PP 30)

•Assist to accounting manager for month-end closing and ad-hoc

 Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy

•At least 3 years of experience in accounting

•Able to communicate in English will be a Plus

•Proficiency in using MS Office especially Excel
