Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze claim submissions, supporting documents, and policy coverage.

• Conduct investigations including interviews and site visits.

• Determine liability and assess the extent of loss or damage.

• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry's best practices.

• Liaise and maintain professional communication with policyholders, brokers, loss adjusters, legal advisors, reinsurers and other partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Engineering, Legal, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Property and Casualty Claims.

• Understanding of insurance principles, policy interpretation, and claims regulations.

• Good command in English.

• Analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage pressure and prioritize effectively.

Working days and time: Monday to Friday (8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.)
