About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Officer to join our team at Heil Trailer Asia Limited in Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya. This full-time position will play a crucial role in our import, export and customs clearance operations, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and overseeing all import and export logistics activities, including customs clearance, documentation, and tracking shipments

• Liaising with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods

• Preparing and processing necessary documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to international trade and transportation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing or transportation industry

• Familiarity with import, export, and customs clearance processes and regulations

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with logistics management software

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

• Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
