The Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing fitness operations and providing onsite leadership for the Personal Trainers and Fitness Staff. This person actively promotes sales and purchases of personal training, thereby assisting Active Wellness with member satisfaction and retention. The Fitness Manager is also responsible for all matters pertaining to equipment and safety on the fitness floor.

• The Fitness Manager (FM) ensures that the club delivers a high quality fitness experience to all members.
• Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering the 24 Hour Fitness Service Promise; manage a clean, friendly and well maintained club.
• Ensure that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness.
• Hires, trains and develops a strong team of Personal Trainers.
• Responsible for the successful attainment of department targets, including revenue and member retention.
• Designs and promotes activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue
• Maintains high levels of customer care, often with a particular focus on avoiding loss of existing user
• Point of reference for fitness expertise within the Club.

• Thai citizen male/female.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in similar position in international hotels and fitness club.
• Physically fit having a good posture and appearance.
• English skill in both written and speaking is an advantage.
• Should have an interest (but not necessarily outstanding performance) in physical fitness and sport.
• Good interpersonal, time management and organizational skills are needed.
• Should possess good team working skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Should have business acumen, creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Have the energy and resilience.
• Flexible and have multi-tasking skills.
• Computer literate.
• Customer-focused, approachable and have an outgoing personality.
• Have the ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all sectors of society.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least one National Certification
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated ExternalDefibrillator (AED)
