Responsibilities

Plan and implement the overall business intelligence strategy including data collection, aggregation from multiple sources, analysis, and report building for a range of stakeholders.

Ownership of all reporting across key business metrics including but not limited to customer acquisition, retention, marketing performance, ROI and ROAS, customer LTV, user engagement, and content & campaigns performance.

Ensure data is clean and accurate, be the first to uncover any issues with the system or errors in reporting.

Analyse and present insights to Co-founders and VPs

Coordinate across departments on analyses requested and special projects

Find and explain trends in customer, order, and product data

Qualifications - Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related)

1-3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel

Experience using Visualization tool e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Magento BI

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently with a determined approach to achieve success in a high-pressure environment

Ability to execute multiple projects at one time

Strong written/spoken English skills

Collaborative and able to work closely and effectively with a variety of functions

Technologically savvy, thoughtful, and able to creatively tackle difficult tasks

Qualifications - Preferred

Master's degree or higher in Quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related)

Proficient in R or Python

Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling

Previous experience in an e-commerce environment
