Role Purpose

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing factory warehouse operations with a strong focus on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety management, and effective coordination with 3PL partners in a limited‑space environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end factory warehouse operations, including raw material storage and outbound shipment coordination.

Lead and manage warehouse teams, including 3PL service providers.

Improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and processes through structured improvement plans.

Ensure high inventory accuracy and system discipline using SAP.

Drive safety management and compliance with EHS and company standards.

Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.

Communicate effectively in English with local and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 10 years of proven experience in factory warehouse management, including raw material handling and shipping coordination.

Strong capability in managing large teams and supervising 3PL operations.

Hands‑on experience with SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.

Good English communication skills; ability to support meetings with regional management is a plus.

Experience working in home appliances manufacturing or similar industries preferred.

Background in both factory warehouse and 3PL warehouse environments is an advantage.

Able to operate independently and adapt quickly
