About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

HVAC Controls Manager

to lead the growth and successful delivery of our HVAC Controls and Building Automation business. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing project execution, developing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive growth and profitability of the HVAC Controls and Building Automation business.

Lead and coordinate sales, engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor project performance, including quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Develop opportunities in service, retrofit, and maintenance businesses.

Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Manage project profitability, operational performance, and cash collection.

Coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC Controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Building Automation.

Strong knowledge of HVAC Controls, BACnet, Modbus, and Smart Building technologies.

Proven project management and business management experience.

Strong leadership, customer relationship management, and communication skills.

Good command of English.
