RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overall quality control system to assure quality standard of product, in-process quality control and Finished Goods quality assurance.

• Responsible for ensuring that the quality management system (ISO9001/KQMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner.

• Responsible for QA laboratories (Vitreous China & Faucet/Shower Laboratory) is fully complied and accredited to international laboratory standard ISO/IEC17025.

• Develop and improve the internal & external customer satisfaction on QA laboratories services.

• Provide adequate documentation to ensure quality assurance and process control.

• Provide training, tools, techniques for factory employees in order to achieve quality targets.

• Ensure and maintains testing equipment registers, maintenance and calibration records.

• Ensure that all procedures are followed correctly within own area of responsibility.

• Ensure QA laboratories, equipment are clean and housekeeping is maintained to provide a safe and effective work environment

• Monitoring quality assurance work flow, presenting and implementing ideas to further improve related processes.

• Develop and improve the customer satisfaction on products quality and services

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related filed.

• Qualified and/or experience for Quality system (ISO9000) and Laboratory (ISO/IEC17025)

• Knowledge and understanding of problem solving analysis, decision making, quality system and quality tools/technique; 7QC tools, 6-Sigma, Kaizen, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949, Fault tree analysis and 8D

• Proficient use of all statistical and analytical methods and tools

• Excellent English Ability (written and spoken) in order to be able to communicate directly with Customers, Suppliers, and foreign Management.
