At AirAsia, we are building a world class digital media team that supports the whole region, we are looking to hire an exceptional and passionate Performance marketing specialist with experience in Social Ads & Google AdWords. If you dream about conceptualizing winning marketing campaigns and deploying them at scale on Social Platforms like, we could be your next home. In this role, you'll work directly with our marketing, creative, and data team to bring large-scale, performance driven campaigns to life.

Responsibilities:

• Launch paid digital marketing campaigns in Facebook & AdWords.
• Create and test various target audiences including lookalike, website custom audiences, CRM retargeting and other related target audiences
• Create and test various ad units in collaboration with our in-house creative team.
• Create and monitor strategy groups and campaigns to optimize performance against business goals
• Continuously improve performance through testing and analysis
• Develop and implement new strategies for campaign expansion
• Deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities
• Proactively report all big successes, inconsistencies, under-performance or any other campaign-related metrics daily.
• Create opportunities by staying current with new channels, software, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years in performance marketing role.
• Demonstrate previous experience in implementing, tracking, managing medium to large campaigns on Facebook business manager, Power Editor & Google AdWords.
• Demonstrate good knowledge in campaign optimization skills.
• Full understanding of Google Analytics platform and functionalities.
• Certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics & Facebook blueprint.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and possess the ability to converse well with other team members and stakeholders in a clear, understandable way.
