Business Analyst on site BTS Chidlom

Type : Contract 6 - 12 months

Location : BTS Chidlom

Responsibilities 

• BA will be assigned to work on payment API product (Cashless ecology).
• The product enables customers on applications be able to purchase service with cashless payments: internet banking, QR payment, mobile bank applications and etc.
• The BA will be working with a business owner and software development teams to assist the business owner, analyze the business and prioritize the work according to product roadmap with development teams.

Qualifications

• Background in Financial/Payment/Banking
• Data Analysis and Financial Reconciliation report
• Experience in Finance operation process is preferable
• Experience working with software development team with agile methodology

Responsibilities

• Formulate solutions that meet the client’s requirements and scope.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation for digital projects and programs.
• Must be easily able to present to clients, working directly with the development and project management teams to ensure delivery of projects is as good as the ideas that spawned them
• Partner with creative teams on new business assignments to confidently present and prototype new ideas
• Keep an active finger on the “pulse” of the market, communicating external client and evolving market needs to internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of digital solutions and technologies and educate and inform clients of new offerings or opportunities
• Familiar with agile. Can write explicit user stories with acceptance criteria
• Work with QA teams during SIT and UAT to do testing, resolve issues, help triage and prioritize defects
• Can run a workshop with mid-level clients
• Document process flows (L0 to L5) using a process flow tool or MS Visio or PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of work experience as Business Analyst
• Have IT technical background experience
• Knowledge in Data Analytics, FrontEnd and Support for 1-3 years experiences
• Displays proven knowledge and expertise in banking industry
• High attention to detail and utilize the analytical and problem-solving skills
• A mind for curiosity. You’re the person in the room that watches an inspirational presentation and immediately runs to your desk to learn more.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to get the job done no matter what it takes
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty. Whether it’s learning how to code or a new program, you’re the first one to build it on your free time.
• Has earned a bachelor’s degree in a marketing, management information systems, computer science or related role
• Prefers candidate with experience in Financial & Banking business, Require Knowledge; Loan original process, Mobile Banking, Datawarehouse, Web Service
• Good command of English
