QA PROCESS ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science in Physic, Mathematics, stats of related field.

• Min 10 years for NPI QA Engineer, NPI Engineer, QA Engineer in the field of Integration manufacturing.

• Knowledge of QMS ISO 9001 and IATF16949

• Abilities in statistical techniques

• Can use the basic measurement device

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analysis and studies

• Insure feasibility Studies are performed in consideration of every quality return of experience.

• Interact with relevant section concerned to obtain conform documentation for product approval (COC, laboratory reports)

• Ensure that inspection / tests records obtain accurate data.

• Interact with relevant section concerned to solve product electronic function and test design quality issues encounter.

• Inspection and Qualification

• Approve programs of machinery and test programs

• Set up programs for quality sampling inspections (Buy off, temperature profile, etc.)

• Approve test fixtures and JIG assembly

3.Inspection and Qualification

• Verify the ERP BOM creation in compliance with customer requirements.

• Create with department concerned any process FMEA and control plan necessary.

• Conduct the inspection and testing of product samples / prototype in conformance with customer and internal requirements (including applicable standards requirements)

• Interact with relevant section concerned to solve product and process design quality issues encounter.

• Gather necessary documents and reports in order to complete new product approval report (such as PPAP) as per customer request.

• Open customer sample NCR to record and follow each case of sample rejected by customer until problem is solved, prevented on every similar case and efficiency is verified.

• Follow any returned or recalled product sample from customer.

4.Control of NPI raw material

• Follow up incoming planning with engineering on new RM samples.

• Perform supplier audits.

• Conduct new part audits.

• Centralize Raw material compliance information and issue certificates of product compliance.

• Management System control

• Control and update the documentation include quality record in accordance with system requirements.

6.Other job assigned

• Carry out activities as command level informed.
