Job Summary

Indorama Ventures is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Human Resources team in the recruitment and hiring process. This internship provides hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting various recruitment initiatives within a dynamic, global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates.

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and HR metrics.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including meeting coordination and documentation.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Thai proficiency is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with social media and job posting platforms is a plus.
