Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects according to committed scope and timeline
• Supervise and coordinate with customer representatives and vendors to ensure the best outcome delivered.
• Coordinate with related functions to ensure all aspects of the project aligned and milestones achieved.
• Oversee the project progress from planning to hand-over.
• Control and report the project cost.
• Identify risks beforehand and present well thought out corrective action plans.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Good commands of English and Computer literacy (e.g. MS-Excel, MS- Powerpoint)
• 3+ years of experience in the fire protection industry and/or construction industry
• 10+ years of experience in team management
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
