Responsibility

• Design solar PV systems, including panel and inverter selection, array layouts, and electrical diagrams.

• Conduct technical studies and analysis for new projects.

• Create project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Find the solution to improve performance of the solar power plant.

• Uses PVSyst Program to model, analyze, and optimize solar power plant energy yield

• Design, construction, or project management

• Assist the Business Development team in identifying key project design risks and enabling effective decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• At least 2–5 years of experience in solar farms (SPP, VSPP, or C&I).

• Holder of a 1st level engineering license is preferred .

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

• Ability to use AutoCAD, PVsyst, and SketchUp; experience with these will be considered an advantage.

• Strong English communication skills (writing, speaking, and comprehension).

• Willingness to travel for site inspections in provincial areas (short assignments of 1–2 days).
