About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support and strengthen our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, ensuring reporting accuracy, monitoring financial performance, and supporting business decision-making through insightful financial analysis. You will also play a

in driving process improvements and developing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day finance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Monitor and review financial transactions, supporting documents, and contractual financial records.

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to management for strategic decision-making.

• Track accounts receivable performance and support revenue forecasting activities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.

• Support team development, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related functions.

• Previous experience in team supervision or leadership is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
