Provides accurate interpretation and translation of critical medical information in direct service to physicians and/or other health care providers who are seeing patients who cannot speak or understand English, when specifically required by the provider.

• Precisely and accurately interprets critical medical advice and information given by the provider into equivalent terminology in the patient's native language.
• Establishes and maintains quality service and positive interaction with all patients, customers, visitors, health care providers, and clinical employees.
• Maintains strict patient confidentiality in accordance with Hospital policies and standards
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent (any field)
• Have 1– 3 year work experiences in the hospital settings
• Be service minded and have good personality.
• Have good human relations and an interpersonal skills.
• Be able to cope with stress and self-control when dealing with stress.
• Be highly proficient in both English/Thai and Burmese language speaking, writing and listening.
• Be responsible, punctual and be trusted in confidential matters.
• Patient's right recognition
• Computer literate.
• Be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
