About the Role

We're looking for an SRE or Software Engineer with hands-on coding experience in C# to support the reliability, performance, and scalability of FlowAccount's platform. This isn't a scripting-only role — you'll write real, tested code to build internal tools and automation, alongside standard SRE/DevOps work (AWS, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response).

Key Responsibilities

Software & Tooling:

Build and maintain internal tools, services, and automation in C#

Infrastructure & Reliability:

Maintain AWS infrastructure; improve monitoring, alerting, and dashboards (Grafana, CloudWatch, Elasticsearch)

DevOps & CI/CD

: Manage and improve Jenkins pipelines, Docker environments, and deployment workflows

Operations:

Fix pipeline/environment issues, support deployments, manage Jira/IMOC tickets, join on-call rotation

Collaboration:

Work closely with Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams

What You Bring

Required: Hands-on coding experience in C# — able to build and maintain production-grade software, not just scripts

Experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Software Engineering (fresh grads with strong Go/TypeScript skills welcome)

Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM)

Experience with CI/CD (especially Jenkins) and Docker

Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, Elasticsearch, Prometheus)

Good communication skills in Thai and basic English

Nice to Have

Backend/API experience in C# (.NET) for internal tools and services

Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC, or fintech/SaaS experience
