International Marketing executive (Chinese Speaking)
ที่แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน)- Plan content for online marketing activities and implement from conception to execution including editing, proofreading and reviewing content.
- Co-ordinate with internal graphic designing teams, media agencies and other suppliers for timely production of marketing materials for both online and offline marketing activities.
- Assist in the planning & execution of international marketing events with the host country team or independently, as needed to enhance brand visibility and promote sales.
- Monitor the corporate accounts across all local social media platforms and responding to all the enquiries.
- Review contracts with different suppliers on a periodic basis and suggest changes, wherever required
- Track and analyze weekly progress of online marketing campaigns/enquiries and report regularly to the international marketing manager
- Co-ordinate the logistics for all property tours for agents as well as local and international CRM/ marketing events including venue finalization, designing promotional materials, event invitations, registration and attendees tracking and post event evaluations
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in marketing or related field.
- Thai citizen with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- at least 5 yrs experience in Marketing/PR/ Marketing communication
- Able to travel both local and international
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in foreign countries or real estate would be an advantage
