What you´ll do

• Working with internal and exteranl stakeholders and responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations as well as troubleshooting for customer
• Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
• Reports quality issues / customers claims to relevant parts of the organization
• Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
• Provide onsite technical support for customers when needed
• Teamwork with internal teams to support customer enquiries
• Design test, prepare samples, run tests in the lab and report the results
• Conduct products application / technical training of field sales forces and customers.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Semiconductor relative industries
• Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
• Good analytical, presentation, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret material characteristics.
