Job Summary

Develop and execute Indirect Category Sourcing Strategies to support business goals and new business models. Manage strategic sourcing activities, supplier portfolios, and commercial agreements to optimize cost, quality, service, and supplier performance. Collaborate with domestic and regional stakeholders and suppliers to identify sourcing solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories and support new business models. Manage strategic agreements and purchase orders, including market analysis, price negotiation, supplier performance, and contract administration. Evaluate and manage potential and existing suppliers to ensure performance and compliance with procurement policies and requirements. Collaborate with domestic and regional stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Drive SLA development, category management, supplier portfolio management, and SKU rationalization. Identify preferred or new suppliers capable of meeting technical and business requirements. Recommend alternative products or equivalent solutions to enhance competitiveness and sourcing effectiveness. Maintain procurement data and identify opportunities for data quality, system, and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Procurement or Sales Engineering is an advantage. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and Can Do attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong digital literacy, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, e.g., Excel or BI Report, is an advantage. Background in the industrial segment is preferred. Good command of Business English. Flexible to travel and work overseas occasionally as assigned.
