Lead civil engineering design team for high-voltage substation projects. Create engineering drawings for structures, earthwork, and civil components. Prepare structural calculations and related engineering documentation. Review scope and conduct site surveys for quantity takeoff and bid preparation. Coordinate with Owner, construction teams, and civil subcontractors. Supervise 2 junior design engineers. Location: Head Office. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Requirements: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (age 30-40); 8+ years in design, TOR review, BOQ preparation, and substation bidding support; Experience with EGAT, PEA, MEA, or large energy projects preferred; AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency (STAAD.Pro, SAFE, ETABS, Civil 3D a plus); Team management experience with engineers and drafters.
