About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Lawyer to join our legal team at RS Group in the heart of Bangkok's Chatuchak district. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services and support to the broader organisation, with a focus on corporate and commercial matters.

Job Purpose
To execute and oversee matters related to commercial registration, trademarks, contract drafting and review, labor law, and legal research. Provide legal counsel regarding the business operations of the company and its affiliates, and perform other related legal duties.

Key Activities

1. Monitor and supervise commercial registration processes.
2. Monitor and supervise trademark-related operations.
3. Review and draft assigned contracts, including leading the team in legal transactions and agreements.
4. Coordinate with government agencies as assigned, such as the Department of Lands.
5. Oversee and provide legal advice on labor law matters.
6. Provide legal consultation on various issues related to the company’s business operations.

Job Specification

1. Extensive knowledge and understanding of legal regulations and principles.
2. Profound expertise in commercial registration, trademarks, contract review/drafting, and labor law.
3. Fair command of English.
4. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and handle urgent tasks.
5. Diligent, patient, and possessing strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
6. Proficient in computer literacy.
7. Highly responsible, flexible, proactive, meticulous, and punctual.
8. At least 6 years of relevant work experience
