About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Saha Pathanapibul Public Company Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programmes. Based in our Head office in Bangkok, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive a competitive and holistic rewards package.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Administer and maintain the company's compensation and benefits programmes, including base salary, bonuses, incentives, and other benefits
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Partner with the HR team to communicate changes and updates to compensation and benefits programmes to employees
  • Provide support in the annual performance review and salary review processes
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics Science,Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex organisation
  • Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
