Job Description
Plan and execute marketing activities for both online platforms and offline events, focusing on the companyâs target audiences.
Develop and present creative concepts and ideas to support sales and overall marketing strategies.
Prepare and deliver marketing proposals for clients, covering online content campaigns and event projects.
Act as project owner to oversee campaigns, ensuring effective coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
Manage assigned marketing campaigns end-to-end â from planning through to execution and reporting.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (producers, social media, creative, sales, and other departments).
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the marketing team or company management.
QualificationsBachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
2â3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or online campaign execution.
Solid understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies, with the ability to connect marketing plans to business/sales outcomes.
Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker, able to generate fresh ideas and turn them into actionable plans.
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills, with confidence in pitching to clients.
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects from start to finish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.
Prior experience in media, content, or production-related businesses is an advantage.
