As part of the Data Strategy and Business Development team, and analytically driven leader to join our data leadership team. data will be used for informing business decisions across the company. Likewise, technical skills, business acumen and creativity built tools to quickly automate reporting and generate information insight that how our key business are performing.

Job Purpose :

•Align Data Initiatives with Business Goals – Ensure data-driven strategies support organizational objectives.

•Drive Value from Data Investments – Identify and prioritize high-impact data projects.

•Facilitate Collaboration Between COE and Business Units – Enhance communication and synergy.

•Promote a Data-Driven Culture – Encourage data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Optimize Data Utilization for Competitive Advantage – Leverage data insights to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

-Data Strategy Development – Formulate and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring data initiatives contribute to long-term growth and competitive advantage.

-Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a liaison between the CoE and business units, fostering collaboration, gathering business requirements, and ensuring alignment between data capabilities and business needs.

-Data-Driven Project Management – Oversee the identification, prioritization, and execution of data initiatives that deliver tangible business value, optimizing resource allocation and impact.

-Data Culture & Literacy Advocacy – Promote data-driven decision-making by developing training programs, communication strategies, and best practices that enhance data literacy across the organization.

-Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics frameworks to assess the effectiveness of data initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and maximize business impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, data strategy, or commercial development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven business acumen.
• Experience working with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into business-friendly insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling ability to influence senior management.
